The King and I - 1956, on the Silver Screen
The King and I is my favorite movie musical. My friend Robin from Denmark sent me this one too! Tak, Robin! I listen to the soundtrack and watch the movie every chance I get. It's well known by now that Marni Nixon dubbed Deborah Kerr's singing voice (except for some of Getting To Know You and Shall I Tell You What I Think Of You). I had a chance to meet Marni a few years ago and it was nothing short of a personal thrill.

The Court Jester - 1955, on the Silver Screen

The Court Jester is one of my favorite movies. Not only is it one of Danny Kaye's funniest performances, it stars Angela Lansbury and Glynis Johns! My friend Robin from Denmark sent this to me.
